Marinite® C, A, AHP, I, M, and P are non-asbestos calcium silicate structural insulators that combine high strength and excellent thermal insulating characteristics for use in a variety of heat processing, fire protection, and electrical resistance applications.

Marinite® A, Marinite® AHP and Marinite® C are boards that are heat treated formulations for use in conveying, containing and forming molten aluminium and other non-ferrous metals.

Marinite® P, Marinite® I and Marinite® M are oven dried formulations and used in a variety of heat insulating processes, fire protection and machined parts. Selection is commonly based on a balance between strength and insulating qualities.

Glastherm S Thermal Insulating Sheet

Glastherm S – Glastherm Grade S is a general purpose insulation sheet with an economical combination of thermal and physical properties. Grade S is recommended for processes where the continuous operating temperature does not exceed 425ºF.

Glastherm HT200 Thermal Insulating Sheet

 

Glastherm HT200 – Glastherm Grade HT200 insulating material is ideally suited for reducing heat losses from plastic and zinc die cast molds with operating temperatures up to 550ºF. Its thermal insulating capabilities provide faster startups and increased operating efficiency while its high strength provides long service life.

MicaMica is a naturally occurring mineral and is commonly used in thermal and electrical insulation applications as it is an ideal alternative to Asbestos. Typically supplied as Muscovite Mica or Phlogopite Mica depending on properties desired for the application.

Transite® cement boards are engineered to handle higher temperatures, loads and electrical conditions with less shrinkage and degradation compared to other asbestos-free formulas. Applications include, but are not limited to, buss bar supports, press plates, Foundry core plates and arc shields. Transite® is available as Transite® HT.
