For a customer in the aluminum industry, we delivered a precision CNC machined thrust collar made from our Ryertex^® S/T material. This thermoset phenolic grade offers superior abrasion resistance and compressive strength for heavy-load, high-speed applications.

To withstand a customer’s severe industrial environment, WS Hampshire designed and fabricated a large-diameter Ryertex^® C dust seal to protect equipment from dust while resisting high impacts. The dust seal also has a high coefficient of friction and operates in temperatures up to 400 °C.

A paper mill client had a bronze bushing that would shed metal shavings into their production line, so we helped them replace it with a Ryertex® S/T bushing that self-lubricates and withstands the wet environment where it is installed.
