Rigid CNC
Machining Services

At W.S. Hampshire, Inc. we pride ourselves in outstanding CNC fabrication along with in-house fixturing and tooling. We feature machines from Schelling, Fadal, Mazak, Haas and LeBlond, and are able to process your product and part designs no matter their complexity. Our machine shop has the capability to form, bend, mill, saw, router or lathe turn your thermoplastics, thermoset laminates, fiberglass, composites, or thermal insulation boards within a tolerance of ±.001″. Our wide variety of machining processes and optional assembly, etching and finishing services meet industry standards such as those of ANSI, ASTM, CE, CSA, Mil-Spec, RoHS, and REACH, and allow us to produce high quality custom fabricated parts. Our maximum design dimensions are 142″ length, 84″ width, and 27″ height. For turning operations, our maximum outer diameter is 48″.

No matter your industry- steel, aluminum, and copper processing, paper and lumber, oil and gas, mining, military, aerospace, rail, locomotive, off-road and construction equipment or OEM, W.S. Hampshire will produce and deliver your parts in a prompt and efficient fashion.
